Annual Bowl-a-thon

Held annually in late May/early June at Bird Bowl, our family friendly event is our signature event. All ages and abilities are welcome to participate in 2 hours of bowling fun. Teams are comprised of businesses, schools, friends and family with sponsorships from local businesses and an on-site raffle. We hope to be able to hold the 8th Annual Bowl-a-thon in 2022.

Ocean Reef Fragile X Family and Golf Weekend

Held in August every year, this weekend of family, golf and fun is hosted at the Ocean Reef Resort in Key Largo, Florida. Attendees can opt to participate in a weekend of golf in addition to family fun at the pool, lagoon or beachside. The cocktail party on Saturday night is the fundraising portion of the weekend with a 50/50 raffle. All proceeds from the event support the South Florida Fragile X Clinic.

Fragile X Awareness Dinner

In honor of their grandson, William Perez, Rosa and Angel Vega host an Awareness Dinner in July as July 22nd is National Fragile X Awareness Day. It is an intimate dinner with friends and family which is a fundraiser for The X Family.
